Pay Annual HOA Dues

Ridgefield annual HOA fees, for each July 1 fiscal year, are due every mid-August with invoices sent in advance each June. Fees are considered late if not paid in full by August 15th, and will then become subject to additional late fees ($25) and interest charges (18% per annum).   

Your annual fees may be paid in a variety of ways.

We’ve made it simple to manage your dues online, so you can stay up-to-date and avoid any late fees. The HOA utilizes CheddarUp, a digital payment platform.  Please note that using online payment will also incur an approximate $7-$10 additional processing fee to the total due.
