Pay Annual HOA Dues

Ridgefield annual HOA fees, for each July 1 fiscal year, are due every mid-August with invoices sent in advance each June. Fees are considered late if not paid in full by August 16th, and will then become subject to additional late fees and interest charges.   

Your annual fees may be paid in a variety of ways.

We’ve made it simple to manage your dues online, so you can stay up-to-date and avoid any late fees. A payment link will be available below once invoices are sent in June.  The HOA utilizes CheddarUp, a digital payment platform.  Please note that using online payment will also incur an approximate $7-$10 additional processing fee to the total due.
